Boris Brejcha‘s two albums were originally released on December 13, 2013 (Feuerfalter Part 1) and February 21, 2014 (Feuerfalter Part 2) on the German label Harthouse. However, both albums will only appear on vinyl in these strictly limited editions for the first time in 2021.
The two albums “Feuerfalter Part 1” and “Feuerfalter Part 2” are like the description of a fire butterfly (German: “Schmetterling” or “Falter”) and at the same time a kind of review of the impressive career of Boris Brejcha. This is how it “feels” and sounds when Boris Brejcha makes music.
Both albums, how versatile the artist works. Sometimes floating slightly, sometimes flapping the wing wildly, always full of passion. The influences of his travels and appearances shape his art again and again.
Boris Brejcha‘s music is as colorful, diverse and lively as butterflies. There are almost 180,000 different species in 127 families. Boris Brejcha‘s sound is like a “fire butterfly” (“fire” = “Feuer” in German, “butterfly” = “Falter” in German). On the one hand, the moth can be relaxed and carried by the wind, but on the other hand, it also uses steam and fire to take a fall or low-altitude flight.
On both albums you will find music that can accompany your audience all day long: at home, in a relaxed atmosphere or at night when you go through the clubs. His titles sound diverse. The individuality is turned even further on the two albums “Feuerfalter Part 1” and “Feuerfalter Part 2“. Brejcha Brejcha even takes on the wish of his fans to weave a few quieter tracks into his cosmos.
