While UCM.ONE collaborates with several partner companies in the physical sector, film and series rights in the digital segment have long been placed independently through direct contracts. Since 2024, UCM.ONE has also offered its digital distribution (or digital aggregation) as a service for friendly companies and competitors. The German UCM.ONE GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, is responsible for B2B licensing to platforms in the film sector as well as servicing global corporate clients. Excluded from this are Austrian companies and worldwide private clients (such as producers and rights holders of individual films), who have been served by the Vienna team of UCM.ONE AT GmbH since August 2026 as an expansion of the existing portfolio.
In the music sector, the legally independent UCM.ONE AT GmbH, based in Vienna, is responsible for placements on music platforms. It is technically supported in this by Daredo GmbH from Mannheim. The management of labels, artists, and licensors is covered by two specialized teams: The German team at UCM.ONE GmbH in Mannheim supports global commercial corporate clients and licensors (excluding Austria). The Austrian team at UCM.ONE AT GmbH in Vienna manages private clients and licensors acting as natural persons (including sole proprietors and freelancers) from all over the world, as well as all commercial corporate clients based in Austria.
