Over the past twenty years, producer Ernst Wawra and singer Asu Yalcindag, now known as Asu Jung, have followed different musical paths. Ernst tried his hand at punk rock with the band Elektro Willi und Sohn, while Asu was active in various genres. Nevertheless, Alphawezen has remained the main project of both artists. The sound of Alphawezen ranges from intimate melancholy to aftershocks of global catastrophes. Alphawezen‘s new album “Source” shows that Ernst Wawra and Asu Jung always manages to develop their unique sound even further. A great album!
