According to Nietzsche, a Superhuman is an “ideal person” who has outgrown or strives to exceed the ordinary life of a person who is considered normal and mostly negative.

For the South African-German artist Mark Bahlig and his Nowand project, music is exactly the way to grow out of his ordinary life. Mark Bahlig‘s tireless passion and dedication to create something creative, music that touches the soul, is his journey on a never-ending search for an inner realm.

The single “Superhuman” from his upcoming album of the same name, which will be released on the German Mole Listening Pearls label, is a multi-faceted production, equally emotional and captivating. The track combines elements of new wave, deep house, techno and dub and positions itself in the timeless sounds of the eighties and nineties.

The release is rounded up with a remix of the track by the Italian DJane and producer Francesca Lombardo.
