In times of social distancing and stay-at-home arrangements, it seems all the more nostalgic that over two and a half decades ago, more than a million people met to dance in harmony and detachment on the streets of Berlin. The meeting in question was called the Love Parade and at that time it produced tracks that – when played at that very parade – often became hits. One of these hits is the track “It’s Our Future” by Tom Wax and Thorsten Adler. Under their alter ego AWeX, the two produced the track in 1994, which was then released on the Plastic City label. Since then, the track has been remixed numerous times.
One of the latest remixes of the track is by Rico Puestel. And get this: the German DJ and producer has delivered not one, not two, not three but four (!) remixes.
