However, CJ Bolland does not only keep it oldschoolig, he also strikes much darker tones with the B-side “Destitute“. So CJ Bolland gives us an impressive music lesson on 90s techno music. Destitute is an underground, mercilessly pushing forward, hellish piece of perfection, which could provoke the pure escalation on the dance floor.
“Down All The Way“, the last track on the EP continues seamlessly and serves us another déjà vu moment. CJ Bolland manages to put an infinite amount of energy into a track and sound so sophisticated that it’s almost crazy.
Techno at its best with only a few breathers, but all the more aha-moments.
