And again, one of those mysterious sound magicians who caused a stir with his first release already in 1992, but about whom there is little to be found on the net.
But of course we know a little bit: His real name is Thomas Butsch, but he has a few aliases, such as Aaron Wilson, Edge of Space or Face the Faith and of course The Apex. And he was one of the first artists on the Time unlimited label in the mid-90s, along with artists like Roughage and Nostrum. Therefore, we are very happy that he is releasing his new titles on Time unlimited again after a long time.
The Apex takes us on an intergalactic journey with his new EP “The Next Mile“. In this regard, the cover alone looks already very promising. As befits a good long-distance trip, track 3 “Beach on Mars” awaits us with an equally familiar and futuristic beach feeling, between seagulls, the sound of waves and cool sounds. “Feels like a Melody“, the fourth and last track, keeps exactly what it promises and is a melodic trance number. Track 2 “Lazarus” is also very trance-inspired. Start of the trip is the strong intro of track 1 “Thors Twins“. Welcome on board and enjoy your trip!
