Today the Darling Berlin comedy Heiko’s World is released in stores on Blu-Ray and DVD. In his feature film, director and writer Dominik Galizia has a blast telling the story of his main character Heiko (Martin Rohde), a heartwarming mother/son relationship that turns whimsical capers between Berlin pubs, darts and plenty of beer and Futschi. The film has thrilled tens of thousands of viewers in German cinemas since the summer and is still running with cult status weekly in selected cinemas nationwide.
In addition to extensive bonus material, the Blu-rays and DVDs offer a hilarious director’s commentary with filmmaker Dominik Galizia and lead actor Martin Rohde, which leaves no questions unanswered about the phenomenon Heiko and his world.
