During construction work in Baden-Baden in 2015, a 15th-century troll turned stone is accidentally brought back to life. To avoid detection, the creature inhabits the body of Vanessa Majer and hunts for her daughter’s virgin boyfriend to open a magical portal using his blood. As the Troll seeks an ancient book of spells, only the author Dr. Fischer and a nosy neighbor named Béatrice stand in the way of its dark plans.
