With his third release on the long-established deep house label Plastic City, doerd finally cements his position as one of the most exciting representatives of the modern ‘urban electronic’ sound. After the atmospheric success of the‘Oldschool EP’, the producer now returns with the‘Mohouse EP’ and shows once again that deep house is less a question of trends or generations – and more a question of attitude.
While earlier doerd productions were characterised more by expansive soundscapes and meditative textures, Mohouse is putting the physical groove and urban energy back centre stage.

1️⃣ Linee: A track like a night-time drive through neon-lit streets. Linee convinces with a clear, driving structure and subtly hypnotic chord stabs. The rhythmic architecture is almost geometrically precise: perfectly placed percussion meets organic background textures that give the track a warm, human touch. Ideal as a ‘bridging piece’ in DJ sets – a track that enables the transition from deep, introspective moments to a stable peak-time groove.
2️⃣ Mohouse: The title track forms the pulsating heart of the EP. Mohouse picks up on the classic spirit of Plastic City and combines it with a fresh dose of soul.
