UCM.ONE is now releasing on the film label “M-Square Pictures” the science fiction film “Cyber Bride” by Louisa Warren, which deals with the current topic of AI and the reproduction of humans on order.
Synopsis:
After his wife tragically dies of a heart attack after an assault, Rick (Andrew Hollingworth) falls into self-pity and depression. When he realizes that his neighbour’s new girlfriend is a little bit strange and he asks him about it, he starts to get some hope again, because he finds out that she is a custom-made cyborg – an artificial human! A cyborg who is hardly recognizable as such, who is supposed to drive away the loneliness of single, frustrated men and otherwise “lives” undemandingly at their side. Rick decides to order a replica of his recently deceased wife – with fatal consequences…
