Das Jahr 2012. Auf der Erde herrschen apokalyptische Zustände. Die Energie-Ressourcen sind verbraucht, große Teile der Weltbevölkerung sind bereits verhungert. Anarchie und Gewalt bestimmen das Leben. Eine Gruppe von Überlebenden hat sich in einem verlassenen Krankenhaus in Philadelphia verbarrikadiert. Die “Rovers”, blutrünstige Kannibalen, sind ihnen in ihre Versteck gefolgt und drohen sie auf bestialische Weise zu töten. Schon bald kreuzen sich ihre Wege. Wird den Gejagten die Flucht gelingen?

The year is 2012 and apocalyptic conditions prevail on Earth. Energy resources are exhausted and large parts of the world’s population have already starved to death. Anarchy and violence dominate life. A group of survivors have barricaded themselves in an abandoned hospital in Philadelphia. The “Rovers”, bloodthirsty cannibals, have followed them into their hiding place and are threatening to kill them in a bestial manner. Their paths soon cross. Will the hunted manage to escape?
