Cecilia (Mariana Anghileri) und ihr achtjähriger Sohn Martín (Octavio Belmonte) haben nachts auf einer Landstraße Richtung Santa Cruz einen schweren Autounfall. Drei Tage später wacht Cecilia in den Überresten eines fremden Gebäudes auf, ohne zu wissen, was in der Zwischenzeit passiert ist oder wo ihr Sohn abgeblieben ist.
