Oscar Barila, born in Valencia in the beginning of 80’s, is one of the most outstanding producers of the Spanish electronic music scene. He has more than 100 releases on top labels such as Bedrock, Armada Music, Kling Klong, Trapez, Material Series, Suara, Musik Gewinnt Freunde, Parquet, Suruba, King Street or Plastic City, where he released his first album in 2012.
Oscar is an eclectic producer, able to create exquisite and smart deep house as well as powerful and groovy tech house. Thanks to these skills, his tracks has been played by top notch artists such as Richie Hawtin, Luciano, Steve Lawler, Nic Fanciulli, Josh Wink, Danny Tenaglia, Solomon, Dubfire, Marco Carola, Laurent Garnier, Reboot, Patrick Topping, Pete Tong, Gregor Tresher, Sasha, Roger Sanchez, Timo Maas, Jimpster, Technasia, 2000 and One and many more…
Nowadays Oscar combines his gigs across Europe with the hard work in the studio and the management of his labels My Little Dog and Cyanide where he releases his own music, alongside the stuff of great artists such as Edu Imbernon, SIS, Aldo Cadiz, Hollen, Marco Effe, Tony Dee, Arnaud Le Texier, Shawnecy, Markus Homm, Beatamines, Ronan Portela, Alex Costa, or Pawas.
Now we’re really looking forward to his next release “Blast of Bliss” on Plastic City which will be out exclusivly on Beatport on April the 20th.
