Et verliert ankündigungslos seinen Job als Fitnesstrainer. Parallel wird Carla von ihrem Verlobten vor die Tür gesetzt. Et ist frustriert von seinem Leben und will ihm auf einer Brücke eine Ende machen, doch Carla kommt dazwischen und hält ihn ab. Sie ziehen zusammen durch die Stadt und Et genießt sein Leben wieder. Später am Abend gehen sie tanzen und Carla zieht mit einem anderen Kerl ab, der Et gegen die Wand stößt, was dazu führt, dass er in ein Krankenhaus muss. Als Et aus dem Krankenhaus kommt, wird er von seinen beiden Chefs verfolgt, doch sie verhalten sich sonderbar und man weiß nicht, ob sie vielleicht nur eingebildet sind. Am nächsten Tag macht sich Et auf die Suche nach Carla, doch er kann sie nicht finden. Erst am Abend sieht er sie mit dem Typen aus der Disco aus einem Theater kommen. Er bemerkt, dass er nicht die gleiche Bedeutung für sie hatte, wie sie für ihn und er geht alleine weg.

Et loses his job as a fitness trainer without notice. At the same time, Carla is thrown out by her fiancé. Et is frustrated with his life and wants to end it on a bridge, but Carla intervenes and stops him. They wander through the city together and Et enjoys his life again. Later that night they go dancing and Carla leaves with another guy who pushes Et against the wall, which results in him being hospitalized. When Et comes out of the hospital, he is followed by his two bosses, but they are behaving strangely and it is not clear whether they are just imaginary. The next day, Et goes looking for Carla, but he can’t find her. It is not until the evening that he sees her coming out of a theater with the guy from the disco. He realizes that he didn’t have the same significance for her as she had for him and he leaves alone.
