After five intensive weeks in North Rhine-Westphalia, Dominik Galizia<\/strong> has finished shooting his new film “Rock ‘N’ Roll Ringo<\/strong>“. In the action drama, Dominik Galizia<\/strong>, who caused a stir in 2022 with the cult film “Heiko’s World<\/strong>“, dives into the world of prizefighting – a unique scene that may not be around for much longer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Martin Rohde<\/strong>, known as the hero of “Heiko’s World<\/strong>” and awarded “Best Actor<\/strong>“<\/em> at the Munich Film Festival 2021<\/strong>, is back in the cast. Rohde plays the lead role, Ringo<\/em>, a scaffolder. After he loses his job, he fights his way through as a temporary worker on the fairground and finally agrees to become a fairground boxer. With the hard fights he wants one thing above all: to fulfil a long-awaited wish for his deaf daughter (Tuba Seese<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]As with “Heiko’s World<\/strong>“, Dominik Galizia<\/strong> wrote the script and directed “Rock ‘N’ Roll Ringo<\/strong>” himself. Once again he relies on authenticity instead of scenery. The film was shot at original locations such as the D\u00fcsseldorf Rhine Fair and the Cranger Kirmes.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]In addition to Martin Rohde<\/strong>, the cast includes actors such as Larissa Sirah Herden<\/strong> (“King of Stonks<\/strong>“), Margarethe Tiesel<\/strong> (“Paradise: Love<\/strong>“), Peter Trabner<\/strong> (“Fat Girls<\/strong>“) and Erwin Leder<\/strong> (“Das Boot<\/strong>“). 12-year-old Tuba Seese<\/strong> makes her screen debut as Ringo’s deaf film daughter (Mia).<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image image=”96743″ img_size=”full” onclick=”link_image”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Massuda Kassem<\/strong> and Thomas Otto<\/strong> (Mutter und Vater Film<\/strong> GmbH) produced the film together with Dominik Galizia<\/strong> and Alexander Schoeller<\/strong> (ASP<\/strong> GmbH). Christine Rau<\/strong> took over the production management. As with “Heiko’s World<\/strong>“, Elias C.J.
