[vc_row][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]”Live<\/strong>” is this year’s opening film at the “Heimat Europa Film Festspiele<\/strong>” in Simmern in the Hunsr\u00fcck region (Germany), newly founded by Urs Sp\u00f6rri<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]At its premiere in Saarbr\u00fccken in January 2020, the film “Live<\/strong>” by Lisa Charlotte Friederich<\/strong> was still unreal science fiction. Today it is set in reality. Because the film is set in a contemporary Germany. Public gatherings are forbidden, contact with other people is forbidden and cultural life can only be experienced in virtual space. Director Lisa Charlotte Friederich<\/strong> achieves a quasi clairvoyant achievement with this film – the story she wrote four years ago became reality. In this atmosphere of fear and threat, main character Claire tries to do the right thing. She works as a psychologist and cares for survivors of terrorist attacks.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]But the isolation begins to wear her down and she decides to give a live concert together with her brother Aurel, a star trumpeter, in front of a physically present audience.
