The Swiss thrash/power metal band Gomorra (featuring members of Destruction) has officially announced their third studio album, ‘Blood Of The Innocent’, which is due to be released on 13 November via Noble Demon. To mark the announcement, the band has released the first track, ‘Supreme Hate’. A new official music video for the song has also been released at the same time.

Gomorra mastermind Damir Eskic comments: “Despite a huge back catalogue and a lack of coverage from most metal magazines, we’re proud to continue going our own way. My goal has always been simple: keep writing, keep touring and never let up – a standard I’ve always upheld on countless tours with Destruction. ‘Supreme Hate’ is a tribute to this consistency whilst delving into Gomorra’s core themes: the dark, repetitive cycles of humanity. It’s more than just a song – it’s a statement and an absolute metal anthem.”

Fast, aggressive and incredibly dynamic: Gomorra deliver a relentless fusion of heavy, power and thrash metal. Building on devastating grooves, lightning-fast riffs and powerful, rousing melodies, the Swiss band combines classic songwriting with a modern, powerful production. At the heart of this sound is guitarist and mastermind Damir Eskic, for whom Gomorra serves a very specific and personal purpose. Internationally renowned as the guitarist for the German thrash metal legends Destruction, Damir founded Gomorra as a creative outlet to explore a style he could not fully express in his main band: classic US-style power metal, infused with raw thrash energy.

Beyond their musical vision, it is above all the deep-rooted personal bond within the band that sets Gomorra apart. Damir has teamed up with close friends whom he has known since his youth. This lifelong connection creates an undeniable chemistry and brings authentic brotherhood, raw energy and genuine passion to both their songwriting and their live performances.

Having caused a stir with their impressive debut ‘Divine Judgement’ (2020) and cemented their sound with the uncompromising ‘Dealer Of Souls’ (2022), Gomorra are now ready to raise the bar once again. ‘Blood Of The Innocent’ is due for release on 13 November via Noble Demon and promises nine brand-new tracks brimming with relentless power, razor-sharp solos and pure metal attitude.
