In addition to the major political upheavals and commercialized techno culture, a parallel universe that has been largely forgotten today also shaped the lifestyle of the city: the world of basement bars and backyard creatives. In the vacant houses and apartments in Berlin-Mitte a scene of very different young people celebrated a carefree freedom after the fall of the wall. Whether a project was promising or not &#8211; it didn&#8217;t matter &#8211; you lived from one event to the next experiment and made the de-establishment of art and market in a playful way. The film \u201c<strong>Berlinized<\/strong>\u201d describes this special attitude to life in a reflective journey through time to the middle of Berlin in the 90s.
