The volume of rights acquired includes approximately 15,000 band rights and 50 films as well as the music labels <strong>Plastic City<\/strong>, <strong>Harthouse<\/strong>, <strong>Mole Listening Pearls<\/strong>, <strong>Noom Records<\/strong>, <strong>fine Audio Recordings\u00a0<\/strong>and the film labels <strong>Darling Berlin<\/strong> and <strong>M-Square Pictures<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The asset deal also includes <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;\">UCM.ONE<\/span><\/strong>&#8216;s theatrical distribution <strong>Darling Berlin<\/strong>, which will operate under the name <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;\">UCM.ONE<\/span><\/strong> in the future.
