Seine Filme erz\u00e4hlen zumeist utopische und fantastische Geschichten, die in einer expressiv d\u00fcsteren Atmosph\u00e4re inszeniert wurden. Der Stummfilm &#8220;<strong>Metropolis<\/strong>&#8221; (1927) und der Tonfilm &#8220;<strong>M &#8211; Eine Stadt sucht einen M\u00f6rder<\/strong>&#8220;(1931) geh\u00f6ren zu den Meilensteinen der deutschen und internationalen Filmgeschichte. Als er eines Nachmittages im Garten seines Hauses an einem neuen Manuskript arbeitet, erh\u00e4lt er per Post die Absage f\u00fcr sein letztes Werk. Entt\u00e4uscht durch diesen erneuten Misserfolg, g\u00f6nnt er sich zwei Gl\u00e4ser Whiskey. Seine Frau ist an diesem Tag in der Stadt und weil die Dusche der Haush\u00e4lterin defekt ist, erlaubt Stephen ihr, abends die Dusche im oberen Stock zu benutzen. Berauscht vom Alkohol und aufgereizt durch den Duft ihres Parfums, stellt er Emily nach und wird zudringlich. Als diese bei seinem Ann\u00e4herungsversuch laut zu schreien beginnt, umklammert er Emilys Hals und ersucht sie, doch endlich Ruhe zu geben \u2013 bis Emily schlie\u00dflich schweigt\u2026[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>\u00dcber Regisseur Fritz Lang:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Friedrich Christian Anton Lang<\/strong> wurde am 05. Dezember 1890 in Wien geboren, wo er als Sohn eines Architekten aufwuchs, ebendort zun\u00e4chst Architektur und sp\u00e4ter Malerei studierte. Heute gilt er als einer der einflussreichsten und bedeutendsten Regisseure der Filmgeschichte, da er s\u00e4mtliche handwerklichen M\u00f6glichkeiten des Mediums Film voll aussch\u00f6pfte und sowohl mit seinen Stumm- als auch Tonfilmen neue \u00e4sthetische, stilistische und technische Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be setzte.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1561290391124{border-right-width: -15px !important;}&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;33518&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;33530&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]Die Karriere des Ausnahmeregisseurs begann 1918, als er nach zweimaliger Verwundung im Ersten Weltkrieg als kriegsuntauglich erkl\u00e4rt wurde und zun\u00e4chst als Regisseur im Theater der Truppenbetreuung t\u00e4tig war. Seine erste Stummfilmregien folgten prompt 1919 mit den Melodramen \u201e<strong>Halbblut<\/strong>\u201c und \u201e<strong>Der Herr der Liebe<\/strong>\u201c bei der <strong>Decla Film<\/strong>. Bis heute gelten seine beiden Erstlingswerke leider als verschollen. Mit dem Abenteuer-Zweiteiler \u201e<strong>Die Spinnen<\/strong>\u201c von 1920 setzte Lang seine Regiet\u00e4tigkeit bei der Decla Film fort und lieferte damit einige typische Elemente des Abenteuerfilms, wie etwa den verwegenen Abenteurer mit Hut und Lederjacke, den man in Figuren wie Indiana Jones noch heute wiederfindet. Internationale Bekanntheit erlangte er 1921\/22 mit seinem Zweiteiler \u201e<strong>Dr. Mabuse, der Spieler<\/strong>\u201c, mit <strong>Rudolf Klein-Rogge<\/strong> und <strong>Aud Egede Nissen<\/strong> in den Hauptrollen. Nach dem Erfolg seines Epos \u201e<strong>Die Nibelungen<\/strong>\u201c (1924), legte Lang zun\u00e4chst eine kreative Pause ein und reiste in dieser Zeit f\u00fcr einige Monate die USA, wo er die dort ans\u00e4ssigen Filmstudios besuchte.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1561290391124{border-right-width: -15px !important;}&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;33553&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]Vermutlich war es sein Besuch in New York und der Anblick der dortigen Hochh\u00e4user, die ihn zu einem der monumentalsten Stummfilme der Filmgeschichte inspirieren sollten. Das dystopische Meisterwerk \u201e<strong>Metropolis<\/strong>\u201c (1927) z\u00e4hlt heute zu den absoluten Meilensteinen der Filmgeschichte und als erster Science-Fiction-Film in Spielfilml\u00e4nge. Der Film entstand zwischen 1925 und 1926 und erschien 1927 zun\u00e4chst in einer knapp zweieinhalbst\u00fcndigen Version, die sowohl bei Kritikern als auch Publikum durchfiel. Auch die gek\u00fcrzte Fassung von knapp zwei Stunden erntete nur m\u00e4\u00dfigen Beifall und so brachte der mit f\u00fcnf Millionen Reichsmark bis dato teuerste Film der deutschen Filmgeschichte die damalige <strong>Universum Film AG<\/strong> an den Rand des finanziellen Ruins. Die hohen Kosten waren einerseits Langs Perfektionismus geschuldet, andererseits den aufw\u00e4ndigen Kulissen und der Tricktechnik wie auch ung\u00fcnstigen Wetterbedingungen. Dies f\u00fchrte dazu, dass Lang seine beiden letzten Stummfilme selbst produzieren musste. Das immer wiederkehrende \u201eIn der Halle des Bergk\u00f6nigs\u201c, schief gepfiffen von Kinderm\u00f6rder Beckert, verlieh der kranken und getriebenen Figur eine weitere d\u00fcstere Ebene und l\u00f6ste am Ende gleichzeitig die Geschichte auf. Mit seinem zweiten Tonfilm, \u201e<strong>Das Testament des Dr. Mabuse<\/strong>\u201c, kehrte Lang 1933 zu einem \u201ealten Bekannten\u201c zur\u00fcck und brachte erneut den Archetypus des kriminellen Genies auf die Leinwand. Zwar dr\u00e4ngte ihn Propagandaminister Joseph Goebbels, in Deutschland zu bleiben, bot ihm gar die Leitung des deutschen Films an, Lang jedoch wollte sich in seinem kreativen Schaffen nicht von den Nazis einschr\u00e4nken lassen und emigrierte zun\u00e4chst nach Frankreich, wo er Ferenc Moln\u00e1rs \u201e<strong>Liliom<\/strong>\u201c filmisch adaptierte. Im selben Jahr siedelte er in USA, genauer nach Hollywood um, wo er 1936 bei <strong>MGM<\/strong> \u201e<strong>Blinde Wut<\/strong>\u201c drehte und zudem ma\u00dfgeblich an der Gr\u00fcndung der Hollywood Anti-Nazi League beteiligt war. Somit setze er seine Arbeit zwar in den USA fort, an alte Erfolge konnte er jedoch kaum anschlie\u00dfen. Ab den 1940ern widmete sich <strong>Fritz Lang<\/strong> mit verschiedenen Filmen, darunter \u201e<strong>Menschenjagd<\/strong>\u201c (1941), \u201e<strong>Auch Henker sterben<\/strong>\u201c (1943) und \u201e<strong>Ministerium der Angst<\/strong>\u201c (1944) dem Anti-Nazi-Film. Auch seine Film Noir \u201e<strong>Gef\u00e4hrliche Begegnung<\/strong>\u201c (1944) und \u201e<strong>Stra\u00dfe der Versuchung<\/strong>\u201c (1945) fanden durchaus Anklang beim Publikum, das Ende der 40er-Jahre gestaltete sich jedoch schwierig und Langs \u201e<strong>Geheimnis hinter der T\u00fcr<\/strong>\u201c von 1948 war sowohl bei Kritikern als auch Publikum ein Flopp. Zudem f\u00fchrten Streitigkeiten mit mehreren Produzenten zu Problemen und so verschlug es Lang Anfang der 1950er zu <strong>Republic Pictures<\/strong>, einem kleinen Studio, welches in erster Linie f\u00fcr B-Filme bekannt war. \u201e<strong>Das Todeshaus am Fluss<\/strong>\u201c entstand daher mit eingeschr\u00e4nktem Budget und ohne die Mitwirkung bekannter Hollywoodgr\u00f6\u00dfen. Die Leistung der Schauspieler und vor allem die Regie Langs wurden jedoch gelobt und auch nachfolgende Filme fanden wieder mehr Aufmerksamkeit. 1956 kehrte Lang zun\u00e4chst nach Europa zur\u00fcck, wo er die Regie vier weiterer Filme \u00fcbernahm. Schlie\u00dflich jedoch kehrte er in die USA zur\u00fcck, wo er am 02. August 1976 verstarb.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Fim\u00a0Noir \u2013 Licht und Schatten und Rauch:<\/h3>\n<p>Der franz\u00f6sische Filmkritiker <strong>Nino Frank<\/strong> erw\u00e4hnte zum ersten Mal den Begriff \u201eFilm Noir\u201c, um damit eine Reihe Hollywoodfilme der fr\u00fchen 1940er-Jahre zu beschreiben, die seiner Meinung nach eine dunklere Spielart des Kriminalfilms verk\u00f6rperten. Bis heute herrscht \u00fcber die genaue Begriffsdefinition Uneinigkeit und die Frage, ob der <strong>Film Noir<\/strong> nun ein Stilmittel ist, oder ein eigenes Sub-Genre, vielleicht des Krimis, bleibt unbeantwortet. Zum einen wird versucht, das Ganze zeitlich zu fassen und die \u00c4ra des <strong>Film Noir<\/strong> reicht von 1941 mit \u201e<strong>Die Spur des Falken<\/strong>\u201c bis 1958 mit \u201e<strong>Im Zeichen des B\u00f6sen<\/strong>. Hier etablierte sich das allseits bekannte und romantisch etwas verkl\u00e4rte Bild des einsamen Privatschn\u00fcfflers, der allein in seinem verrauchten B\u00fcro sitzt und durch dessen T\u00fcr eine mysteri\u00f6se Klientin tritt. Die zweite Phase nennt Schrader die <em>\u201e<strong>post-war realistic period<\/strong>\u201c<\/em>, die Zeit des Realismus nach dem Krieg. Sie reicht bis 1949 und besch\u00e4ftigt sich st\u00e4rker mit der Realit\u00e4t des Verbrechens, wie es auf der Stra\u00dfe vorkommt, mit Korruption und dem Alltag der Ermittlungsbeh\u00f6rden.
