Jaani Peuhu<\/strong>, Produzent, Songwriter und Musiker aus Helsinki, Finnland, ist der Sch\u00f6pfer der Darkwave-Elektronik-Band „Iconcrash<\/strong>„, die 2005 ihr erstes Album „Nude<\/strong>“ herausbrachte, dem zwei weitere Alben folgten. 2015 machte sich Jaani an sein Soloprojekt und ver\u00f6ffentlichte sein erstes Album „Tear Catcher<\/strong>„. Jaani schloss sich Swallow the Sun<\/strong> w\u00e4hrend der Produktion ihres (2019) Albums „When A Shadow Is Forced Into The Light<\/strong>“ an, das die finnischen Album-Charts auf Platz 1 erreichte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=“2\/3″][vc_column_text]Jaani f\u00fchrte die Albumcharts auch mit dem Schreiben und Produzieren des Albums „Thornstar<\/strong>“ der deutschen Dark-Rock-Band Lord of the Lost<\/strong> (2018) an und wurde f\u00fcr Hallatar<\/strong>s Deb\u00fctalbum „No Stars Upon The Bridge<\/strong>“ (2018), das er ebenfalls produzierte und mischte, f\u00fcr den finnischen Grammy-Preis „Emma<\/strong>“ nominiert, w\u00e4hrend er gleichzeitig live in der Band Bass spielte. Jaani Peuhu hat auch mit verschiedenen finnischen Popk\u00fcnstlern und Metal-Acts wie Before The Dawn<\/strong>, Diamond Black<\/strong>, Thunderstone<\/strong> und To\/Die\/For<\/strong> zusammengearbeitet, die sich mehrfach mit Platin verkauft haben.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Obwohl Jaani Peuhu<\/strong> sich auf seine Karriere als Produzent konzentrieren wollte, brachte ihn die Tournee mit Hallatar<\/strong> und Swallow the Sun<\/strong> dazu, wieder mit seiner eigenen Musik zu touren. Er hatte die einzigartige Idee, das Genre des „New Doom“<\/em> zu schaffen. Daraus wurde Mercury Circle<\/strong> geboren. Mercury Circle steht f\u00fcr eine neue Richtung des Dark Metal, durchdrungen von kraftvollen Synth\/Elektro-Wellen und Doom. Jaani Peuhu<\/strong> kehrt so auch endlich zum Gesang zur\u00fcck, um durch jedoch etwas R\u00e4tselhaftes zu schaffen..[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Jaani Peuhu<\/b> \u00fcber die Zusammenarbeit mit Noble Demon: „Wir freuen uns sehr \u00fcber diese Neuigkeiten! Ich war auf einer Nordamerika-Tournee mit Swallow the Sun<\/strong>, als Support f\u00fcr Children of Bodom<\/strong> und wir teilten uns einen Bus mit Wolfheart.<\/strong> Eines Tages unterhielt ich mich mit Tuomas Saukkonen<\/strong> \u00fcber unsere Zukunftspl\u00e4ne und er erz\u00e4hlte mir von diesem neuen Label, welches das kommende Album von Dawn of Solace<\/strong> ver\u00f6ffentlichen wird. Ich kenne Tuomas, seitdem er bei Before the Dawn<\/strong> angefangen hat, weil ich ihre ersten beiden Alben produziert habe und ich wei\u00df, dass er wei\u00df, was er tut. Immer! Ich hatte unser Gespr\u00e4ch bereits vergessen, aber ein paar Monate sp\u00e4ter sprach ich mit einem A&R eines meiner Lieblingslabels \u00fcber das Mercury Circle<\/strong>-Album und er sagte, dass Noble Demon ein perfektes Label f\u00fcr uns w\u00e4re, weil ich mit dieser Band etwas Frisches und Furchtloses machen wolle. Keine Regeln und 100% k\u00fcnstlerische Freiheit. Unser Agent setzte sich dann mit Patrick in Verbindung, und er verstand meine Vision sofort. Mercury Circle<\/b>\u00a0bereiten sich bereits auf ihr erstes Album vor, welches f\u00fcr Ende 2020 geplant ist, k\u00fcndigten jedoch vorab schon die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von „The Dawn Of Vitriol<\/b>“ an, die erste EP der Band und ein fantastischer Vorgeschmack auf das, was noch folgen wird.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=“41994″ img_size=“full“][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Jaani Peuhu \u00fcber die Entstehung von Mercury Circle und die Zusammensetzung der Band:\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]„Nachdem ich von den Tourneen mit <\/i>Hallatar<\/strong> zur\u00fcckkehrte, begann ich, neue Musik zu schreiben. Mein Plan war, nichts allzu Schweres zu schreiben. Aus irgendeinem Grund waren die Songs, die ich schrieb, n\u00e4her am Doom Metal als am Dark Rock. Ich folgte meinem Herzen und schrieb ein Album ohne jegliche Vorurteile \u00fcber Genres, Planung oder Zweifel an dem, was ich tat. Ich hatte das Gef\u00fchl, dass ich diese Songs aus meinem System herausbekommen musste. Als die Songs geschrieben waren und die Demos fertig waren, begann ich dar\u00fcber nachzudenken, was ich mit ihnen machen wollte und ob ich eine Band gr\u00fcnden sollte, um sie aufzuf\u00fchren. Ich machte eine Liste von Musikern, mit denen ich zusammenarbeiten wollte. Ich kontaktierte sie, spielte die Demos, und nachdem ich sie gefragt hatte, ob sie daran interessiert w\u00e4ren, beizutreten, sagten sie alle ja. Wir freuen uns sehr darauf,\u00a0damit eine neue Art von Doom auf die B\u00fchne bringen zu k\u00f6nnen.“<\/i>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Gitarren:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

„Juppe und ich spielten zusammen in Mary-Ann<\/strong>, der Band, aus der bald To\/Die\/For<\/strong> wurde. Er ist einer der besten Gitarristen, die ich kenne, und seine B\u00fchnenpr\u00e4senz ist erstaunlich. Er ist ein gro\u00dfartiger Rockgitarrist. Ich war schon immer ein gro\u00dfer Fan von The Cult<\/strong>, also wollte ich von Juppe diese echte Old-School-Rock-Attit\u00fcde auf der B\u00fchne haben.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ich kenne Jussi von seinen Bands Hanging Garden<\/strong> und The Chant.<\/strong> Jussi ist ein sehr talentierter Musiker und auch mit Produktionsf\u00e4higkeiten begabt, so dass ich, nachdem wir \u00fcber dieses neue Abenteuer von mir gesprochen hatten, sofort wusste, dass ich ihn an Bord haben wollte. Er war meine rechte Hand bei Aufnahmen und Produktionen.“<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Bass:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

„Ande spielt Bass bei Mercury Circle<\/strong>, weil er auf der B\u00fchne absolut erstaunlich ist. Ich habe sein Charisma live mit Sleep Of Monsters<\/strong> erlebt, das in den gleichen tiefen und dunklen Gew\u00e4ssern wohnt wie Mercury Circle<\/strong> und auch mit dem legend\u00e4ren Rytmih\u00e4iri\u00f6<\/strong>. Er ist auch ein enger Freund von mir und ein Mensch, der daf\u00fcr sorgt, dass sich die Menschen um ihn herum wohl f\u00fchlen. Das ist eine wichtige Eigenschaft, wenn man \u00fcber Besetzungen nachdenkt.“<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Schlagzeug:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

„Ich habe Jaska 40 Mal auf der B\u00fchne gesehen, als wir auf derselben Tour in Nordamerika waren, und jeden Abend gab er seine 100% und es war auch sch\u00f6n, wie er mit dem Publikum interagierte. Ich bin so froh, dass ich meiner Intuition gefolgt bin und ihn gebeten habe, sich Mercury\u00a0Circle<\/strong>\u00a0anzuschlie\u00dfen, weil er so voller verr\u00fcckter Ideen ist und oh Mann, wir hatten so viel Spa\u00df im Studio, als wir die Drums f\u00fcr das Album aufgenommen haben.
